Tournament Format

One Group (4 Teams)

• One group consisting of four (4) teams.
• All teams will play each other once during the qualification stage.
• The top two (2) teams at the completion of the qualification stage will progress to the Cup Final:
  • 1st Place vs 2nd Place

Two Groups (8 Teams)

• Two groups consisting of four (4) teams each.
• All teams will play each team in their group once during the qualification stage.
• The top two (2) teams from each group will progress to the Cup Semi-Finals:
  • 1st Group A vs 2nd Group B
  • 1st Group B vs 2nd Group A
• The winners of the Semi-Finals will advance to the Cup Final.

Competition Points

During the qualification stage, points will be awarded as follows:

• Win: 3 points
• Draw: 1 point
• Loss: 0 points

Tie-Breakers

If two or more teams finish equal on competition points, final standings will be determined in the following order:

1. Total competition points.
2. Overall goal difference.
3. Total goals scored.
4. Head-to-head result.
5. Head-to-head goal difference.
6. Head-to-head goals scored.

Semi-Finals & Finals

• All Semi-Finals and Finals must produce a winner.
• If scores are level at full-time, no extra time will be played.
• The match will proceed directly to a penalty shootout.
• Each team will take three (3) penalty kicks.
• If scores remain level after three penalties each, the shootout will continue on a sudden-death basis until a winner is determined.

Awards

Awards will be presented for:

• Champions (1st Place) – Trophy and medals
• Runners-Up (2nd Place) – Trophy and medals
• ⭐ Player of the Tournament

General Rules

• Teams must report to the marshalling area at least 10 minutes prior to their scheduled kick-off.
• Shin guards are compulsory for all players.
• Teams are responsible for ensuring all players are correctly registered and eligible to participate.
• All players, coaches and team officials must conduct themselves in a respectful and sporting manner at all times.
• Referees' decisions on the field of play are final.
• Any misconduct by players, coaches, team officials or spectators may result in disciplinary action, including removal from the venue or disqualification from the tournament.
• The Tournament Committee reserves the right to amend the draw, match schedule or tournament rules where necessary due to unforeseen circumstances or to ensure the successful operation of the tournament. The Committee's decision on all tournament matters is final.
